Robyn - Sexistential Tour

Thought I’d start a thread in case people didn’t want spoilers in the main album thread.

She’s posted a photo of setlist from rehearsals and it looks like the setlist is currently:

Blow My Mind
Fembot
Talk To Me
Hang With Me
Ever Again
Dopamine
Honey
Honey (Joe Goddard Remix)
Send To Robin Immediately
Don’t Fucking Tell Me What To Do
Sexistential
Really Real
Love Kills
Be Mine (Acoustic)
Indestructible
It Don’t Mean A Thing
Sucker For Love
Light Up
With Every Heartbeat

-
Missing U
Call Your Girlfriend
Life
Love Is Free
Dancing On My Own

-
Show Me Love

Which seems pretty perfect - hope it doesn’t change too much by the time it starts!

Most of that set list is fantastic but we could swap out It Don’t Mean A Thing or Light Up with Into The Sun before my Sydney date, thank you x

Into The Sun is a must but pretty solid list! Go mama

Be Mine acoustic

I think the setlist is a pretty solid. A well rounded and decently comprehensive look at the many different eras of her career that I am honestly not too mad at all! I would have loved to see Do It Again though, that’s probably the biggest omission for me.

Would be epic is she just straight up did Show Me Love but I’m sure it’ll be some kind of remix.

Honey Remix - Sexistential seems a bit of a slog, but Life will go off!

I knew it was gonna be a longshot anyway but kinda gutted Keep This Fire Burning isn’t there

I’m quite pleased with that setlist, to be honest. I would like to see “Into The Sun” and “Cobrastyle” in there too, but overall, it hits all the marks. More than anything, I’m craving a live album from her for this tour. The arrangements for her songs are soooooo fucking good and really need to be preserved somehow.

Stockholm dates have been moved to a single date in October.

I got an email that my Dublin tickets have been moved forward in the arena ,to a new block. I don’t get he impression this tour is selling well. A gay bar in Dublin is having a Robyn theme d night and doing ticket giveaways

It’s a shame. I was looking forward to starting my vacation with the concert.

Smashing three planned undersold arena dates into one rescheduled stadium date months away is an absolute mess and they’re rightly getting dragged in the comments for it. Her team really were way too ambitious with this tour and it’s a shame because it could’ve been a home run if they’d have just been a bitsy more cautious with it.

That track missing from the new album seems a bit of a hate crime but otherwise EXCITED.

Yeah, this is absolutely appalling. Wouldn’t it have made more sense to cancel one of the dates and inconvenience the fans from one date (if they really had to do it) instead of three and let them go to one of the other two existing dates? These over ambitious concert bookings are getting out of hand.

That’s a fantastic idea in theory, but it might not work in practice. But yes, it’s a mess all around. But yes, this tour seems to have been very ambitious.

The last time she played Dublin was in 2007 (I think), in a venue of less than 1000. I don’t know that she gotten ten times More popular since then

I think her team were probably gassed up with the fact the smashes have endured pretty well since she’s been away, and things like the absolutely thunderous reception she got when she guested at the Charli/Brat shows last year maybe convinced them she could sell the same sort of level.

Announcing three arena shows at the same time was such a weird move.

Announce two and then release the third if they sell out quickly, no?

They could have just upgraded some seats and put the black curtain on some of the upper sections for the arena.

This will just make international fans cancel their original trip altogether and she will end up with even less attendance than she currently got. A disaster move.
