I remember buying the Look At Me cassingle and staring at it and just feeling annoyed - “why’s she on her own? Why have I just parted with £1 for this? I miss the Spiceys.” I was 11!
I’m sure I bought Bryan Adams’ Cloud Number Nine cassingle either the same week or shortly before/after.
My sister murdered Bag It Up on karaoke in Fuerteventura summer of 2000. I went for a pee that I didn’t need after verse 1 so I didn’t have to applaud.

Anyway, let me state for the record how much Love Never Loved Me still has me imagining some Fellini inspired music video.
Love Never Loved Me could very well be my fave solo spice song in the collective discography.
It truly is a masterpiece.
